Agent Activation
Step 1 — Verification: confirms a manual (no-email) agent's identity (equivalent to email verification). No dashboard access. Step 2 — Activation: the agent has placed an order for a starter kit. Payment for the order has not yet been verified. Step 3 — Activate & Assign Code: upon payment verification, the agent is activated and issued their sequential code — unlocking full portal access.
Proof of Payment Settings
Control how agents submit their proof of payment. When upload is hidden, agents are asked to send their POP via WhatsApp instead.
Allow in-app POP upload
When ON, agents see the upload widget. When OFF, agents see a WhatsApp send option.
WhatsApp number for POP
Agents will be asked to send their proof of payment to this number.

1. Awaiting Verification
Agents awaiting verification. Manual (no-email) agents need back-office verification. Email agents who can't access their inbox can also be verified manually here. Verifying only confirms their identity — it does not grant full dashboard access. Agents who self-verify via email skip this step entirely.

Verified agents who have placed / paid for a starter kit. Activating them assigns the next sequential agent code and unlocks full portal access. Payment verification and activation happen together — you can't verify payment without activating & assigning a code.
